At Viguet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It should be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

To start a return, email us at support@viguet.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Return Shipping

Viguet ships worldwide, and this return policy applies to customers in all countries.

  • Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item: Viguet will cover the return shipping cost where a return is required.
  • Change of mind or unwanted item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping is free worldwide, but return shipping is not automatically free unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Include your:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product where possible

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other reasons where applicable.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may also be refused.
